# Starchose service handbook ## Shipping & dispatch ### Service overview Physical orders follow this process: select an item and variant, submit a request, receive a confirmed supply and shipping quote, review and pay, verify payment, hand the parcel to the carrier, and track delivery. A request is neither payment nor confirmation of supply. Delivery is limited to the United States and Asia. Eligible countries and regions appear in the address selector. Other destinations cannot submit requests or check out. Actual supply and delivery arrangements still require confirmation. Quotes confirm the selected variant and quantity, shipping service, estimated preparation business days and expiry. Freight is charged once per order by destination, rather than repeatedly per item. Its amount is shown only at checkout, not on product pages, request forms or in these service documents. Transit estimates start at carrier acceptance; remote areas, customs, holidays and circumstances outside the carrier’s control may affect them. Requests require the recipient, phone, country or region, state or province, city, street and house or building number. Add the unit or apartment when applicable. Review this address before payment and arrange changes with the merchant. After handover, carrier procedures apply. Import-duty responsibility is stated in the quote. An order is registered as shipped only after verified payment and an actual carrier, tracking number and handover reference are recorded. A label alone does not establish handover. The tracking page shows recorded shipment information and a carrier tracking link. If supply fails, the merchant should contact the customer about an alternative or a refund to the original payment method. ### Recipient details and address accuracy Use the actual recipient’s name and a reachable telephone number with its country or region code. Enter the state or province, city, street and house or building number in their respective fields. Apartments, business parks, offices and residences may also need a building, unit, room or useful delivery instruction so the carrier can identify the final receiving location. The destination selector controls which locations may submit a request; it is not a map or carrier address-validation service. Remote locations, postal boxes and restricted-access premises require delivery confirmation before payment. Use a format understood by the local carrier. When supplying both English and local-language versions, ensure that they describe the same address. ### Preparation, handover and transit Preparation covers the work needed to obtain, check and pack the confirmed variant after payment verification and supply confirmation. Transit starts when the carrier actually accepts the parcel. These are separate stages: submitting a request, receiving a quote or returning from a payment page does not establish that a parcel is already moving. The agreed shipping service and preparation arrangements should be stated when the order is confirmed. A proposed change of carrier or service should be checked against the agreed delivery conditions and discussed with the customer. Holidays, sorting schedules, weather and customs checks can affect estimates. An estimated date helps with planning but does not replace actual shipment records. ### Freight display and destination limits Freight is calculated for the order’s destination and itemized separately at checkout. The unit price and item subtotal describe the selected goods and quantity; they do not establish that all delivery charges are included. Before continuing to payment, review the freight item, merchandise subtotal and total due. Ask the merchant about any unclear item before paying. These service documents do not list numeric freight rates. The amount for a valid order is displayed at checkout. Requests outside the United States and Asia are not accepted. A destination change may affect eligibility and checkout, so do not select an unrelated region or substitute a different actual delivery address in an informal note. ### Exceptions and checks on arrival On arrival, check the recipient details, outer packaging and parcel count. If a parcel is visibly damaged, wet, resealed or incomplete, photograph the packaging, label and contents where practical and keep the packaging materials. Images should explain the problem. Mask names, telephone numbers and full addresses before sharing images publicly. For an exception, return, failed delivery or extended lack of updates, provide the order reference and the latest carrier status. If tracking reports delivery but the parcel cannot be found, check with household members, reception or building management before contacting the merchant. Investigation uses actual carrier records; fabricated tracking scans are not a substitute. ### Changes and special arrangements For a pre-dispatch address change, identify the original address, the exact fields to change and the reason, then wait for confirmation. Payment, preparation and shipping records may already reference the original destination. Making a request does not confirm acceptance of the change. After handover, interception, rerouting and return options depend on the carrier’s actual procedures. Discuss split parcels, combined deliveries or multiple recipients before payment. An ordinary order does not automatically include those arrangements. Supply only information needed for customs or delivery when it is genuinely required. Do not provide false declarations or place unrelated identity, banking or account information in a product-variant field. ### Delivery checklist Before requesting, check the destination, recipient, reachable phone number, street, house or building number, unit and postal code. Before payment, check the variant, quantity, service, preparation arrangement, checkout items and after-sales terms. After handover, retain the order reference, private key and actual tracking number so each enquiry concerns the same transaction. Supply and delivery arrangements require order-specific confirmation. A request alone does not establish stock or an arrival promise. If fulfillment becomes impossible, first establish whether payment was collected, then discuss cancellation, an agreed alternative or refund through the original channel. Similar product names do not authorize substitution without the customer’s agreement. --- ## Returns & refunds ### Service overview Contact the merchant within 14 days of physical delivery with your order reference, reason and relevant photos to request a return or exchange. Defects, incorrect goods, shipping damage and mandatory rights are not limited by this general window. Obtain return instructions before sending anything. Do not assume the parcel label or product packaging is the return address. Confirm the address, whether a return is required, and shipping-cost responsibility, then retain proof of posting. Return eligibility and shipping-cost responsibility must be disclosed before payment. Items without confirmed terms cannot be paid for. Conditions for custom or opened items must be stated before the quote is accepted. The physical return address is not yet published, so the corresponding physical sales remain closed. Refunds are reconciled against the original order and payment and returned through the original payment channel. Approval, inspection and payment-provider settlement are separate stages. Settlement timing depends on the provider. Never provide a bank password or one-time code to obtain a refund. Use your private order portal to check the request and confirmed terms. Merchant support details will appear here once published. For an earlier payment, use the merchant contact on the original receipt. ### Explain the issue first Describe the goods actually received, including the order reference, chosen variant, quantity, discovery date and requested resolution. Incorrect items, missing components, transit damage, functional problems and a change of preference are different cases. Distinguishing them helps the merchant consider inspection, replacement, a missing-part shipment or refund without repeatedly requesting the same information. Where safe, provide clear photographs of packaging, model markings, connectors or the affected area. For a functional issue, describe the connected equipment, circumstances, frequency and basic checks already tried. Do not carry out dangerous tests, dismantle power accessories or disclose private payment details merely to produce evidence. Account passwords are not needed to explain a product problem. ### Acceptance and return preparation Obtain return instructions for the specific order before posting. Confirm the receiving party, destination, reference to include and packaging requirements. A factory address, transit location or address on the original label may not handle returns. Sending a parcel there without confirmation can prevent it from being matched to the order or processed by the receiving party. Retain the accessories, labels and packaging relevant to the inspection and protect fragile parts. Follow the acceptance instructions about what must be included. Avoid accidentally sending personal devices, storage media or unrelated accessories. Keep the return carrier, tracking number and posting receipt until the after-sales case is resolved. ### Cost responsibility and special items Whether a physical return is needed, who bears its shipping cost and whether another agreed solution applies should be explained for the actual issue under the disclosed order terms. These service documents do not list fixed charges here. Defects, incorrect goods and preference changes require their own assessment rather than a universal conclusion for every product. Custom work, specified packaging, bundled sets and items whose condition changes after opening need appropriate conditions disclosed with the original order. When reviewing a request, the merchant should explain the confirmed terms and actual findings relied on. Individual arrangements must not remove mandatory rights or introduce previously undisclosed restrictions after purchase. ### Replacement and missing-part shipments Confirm the replacement model, connector, length, color, packaging and quantity. Similar-looking accessories may support different protocols and are not automatically the same variant. A missing-part shipment should clearly identify what is being sent and its relationship to the original order. Obtain agreement before selecting an alternative style or model. Preparation, handover and tracking for a replacement or additional shipment should reflect actual arrangements. An original tracking number does not establish the movement of a new parcel. Any new shipment details must correspond to the relevant after-sales action. A parcel should be described as handed over only when an actual carrier acceptance record exists. ### Refund verification and progress Reconcile the order, actual payment, agreed resolution and refund scope before processing. Request receipt, return posting, inspection, refund initiation and payment-provider settlement are separate stages. When asking for an update, identify the current stage and use the original order reference so different orders or payment records are not confused. Refunds should follow the original transaction channel. A merchant should not require a transfer to a personal account to release or validate a refund. Do not supply full card details, security codes, banking passwords or one-time codes to receive one. Retain transaction and communication records when questioning a refund amount or result. ### Records and follow-up Until resolution, retain the order summary, payment receipt, relevant photographs, acceptance instructions, return-posting evidence and correspondence. Group them by order and mask personal addresses, phone numbers and payment data in public copies. The purpose is to establish the facts, not to require disclosure of unrelated personal information. If an arrangement is impractical, explain the specific issue, such as an incomplete return address, unclear accessory requirements or an unverified refund stage. Focused questions help produce an actionable solution. Repeated posting, duplicate payments or changing recipient details without confirmation can make the case harder to reconcile. --- ## Privacy & data use ### Service overview Browsing does not require a delivery address or card information. Cloudflare provides page delivery, security and order storage and may process device and connection information. Product images load from their image hosts without this page as a referrer. Requests collect an email, recipient, phone, country or region, state or province, city, district, street, house or building number, unit or apartment, postal code and selected goods to confirm delivery and prepare a quote. Stripe handles payment. After verification, we retain the order reference, transaction reference, recipient information and fulfillment records. We do not store complete card numbers, security codes or payment passwords. Recipient details needed for fulfillment should be shared only with the parties supplying or delivering that order. Order data must not be used for unrelated marketing. Do not submit unrelated sensitive information in support requests. Unconverted requests are automatically removed 365 days after their last update. Paid orders are retained as needed for disputes, after-sales service and applicable accounting obligations, then reviewed for deletion or anonymization. Expired rate-limit records are removed. Order lookup requires an order reference and private access key. Keep the key confidential and do not publicly share links containing it. Browsers that used older pages may retain historical language and cart preferences, which can be cleared in the browser. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, with enough information to verify the order. Transaction records subject to retention obligations may not be immediately deletable. Use your private order portal to check the request and confirmed terms. Merchant support details will appear here once published. For an earlier payment, use the merchant contact on the original receipt. ### Information at each stage Browsing products, changing language and reading service information do not require recipient or payment details. Product selections, quantity, email and delivery information are used when a physical request is submitted. Supply information relevant to the form and delivery; do not place identity-document copies, card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive material in address or variant fields. At payment, follow the payment provider’s own checkout requirements. The store uses transaction references and payment status to reconcile the order and retains records needed for fulfillment after verification. Requests, payment processing and parcel delivery serve different purposes. Information supplied for one stage does not imply permission for unrelated uses. ### Specific purposes of use Product and variant details identify the selection, support supply confirmation and help avoid the wrong item. Recipient, phone and address information support destination checks, delivery preparation and exception handling. Email identifies the request and supports necessary order contact. Transaction references and fulfillment records reconcile payment, delivery, refunds and after-sales work. Security measures may process connection information and limit abnormal requests. These uses should concern site operation, order verification and necessary risk handling. Submitting a request does not authorize selling an address to unrelated parties or unrelated marketing. Additional purposes should be explained separately and clearly rather than concealed in product or delivery text. ### Providers and external pages Cloudflare provides delivery, protection and order storage; Stripe handles checkout payment information. Actual supply or delivery may require relevant recipient details to be shared with the parties performing those tasks. The information shared should match the task rather than distributing complete order records indiscriminately to every participant. Product images and carrier links may use external sites. Loading an image, following tracking or entering checkout allows the relevant provider to handle normal requests within its service. Check the destination URL. Do not enter an administrator key, private order key or unrelated payment information on a page that does not need it. ### Private keys and browser records The private order link includes a key that can grant access to the order’s address, selections and status. Do not post it in public reviews, social media, group screenshots or shared documents. To explain a tracking issue, share a status image with personal information masked instead of the complete private link. Current request pages do not save the delivery address in browser local storage to complete the form. Private links can still appear in history, bookmarks, copied content or browser synchronization. Take particular care on shared devices. Browsers that used older pages may retain historical language or cart preferences that can be cleared through browser controls. ### Retention, cleanup and correction Unpaid requests follow the retention arrangement stated above. Eligible records that reach its limit are removed by a background task, rather than immediately when a page closes. Paid records may still be needed for delivery, disputes, after-sales service and applicable accounting obligations. Cleanup must distinguish removable request content from transaction records with a genuine continuing purpose. Report incorrect names, phone numbers or house numbers promptly through the published support channel, identifying the order and fields to correct. Address changes after handover also involve carrier procedures. For access or deletion requests, supply only the information needed to verify the order; do not expose complete card details, passwords or verification codes. ### Data-request checklist State the information to access, correct or delete, the relevant order reference, the reason and an existing contact method for the reply. If another recipient’s details are involved, establish that you are authorized to act for them. The merchant should avoid disclosing another person’s full address, phone or transaction details to an unverified requester. This page describes the current handling of order and fulfillment information. It does not require unrelated sensitive data outside the form. Read the relevant service information or ask through a published channel if a field, external service or retention arrangement is unclear before submitting another request. --- ## Terms of service & sale ### Service overview Single-unit orders are supported without a wholesale quantity threshold. Models, colors, lengths and packaging options are priced by their actual variant, with the selected unit price and item subtotal shown when choosing an option. After a request, the merchant must confirm the selected variant, quantity, supply and shipping conditions and issue a time-limited quote. Do not pay before receiving a valid quote. Review the item, variant, quantity, unit price, preparation time and after-sales terms first. Continue to checkout to review destination-based freight and the final total before authorizing payment. Stock, extras or services not stated in the quote are not promised. Check connectors, voltage, plug, dimensions, protocols and the selected variant before purchase. Ask about suitability before ordering. Merchant confirmations must match the actual item and fulfillment. Payment is accepted only after the server verifies the transaction with the payment provider. Browser redirects, screenshots and manually entered statuses are not proof of payment. Supply failure, errors or delivery problems must be resolved by agreement or refund; goods must not be substituted without agreement. Order records retain the actual item, variant and quantity requested and confirmed by the customer. Items must not be replaced without agreement. Contact support with the order reference and relevant evidence to resolve a dispute. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms. Use your private order portal to check the request and confirmed terms. Merchant support details will appear here once published. For an earlier payment, use the merchant contact on the original receipt. ### Request, confirmation and payment Browsing explains the item and available variants. A request allows the merchant to verify the selection, recipient details and supply. A confirmed quote describes the order’s goods, quantity, delivery and after-sales arrangements. Payment follows the customer’s review of checkout. Record each stage according to what actually occurred; a message about one stage does not establish completion of another. Customers should check the variant reference and quantity when requesting, while the merchant confirms whether that selection can be supplied. Clarify incomplete details, unconfirmed option prices or delivery problems first. Material changes to goods, addresses or terms should be explained before payment. Changes after payment require agreement based on the actual transaction. ### Descriptions and variant selection A product can have different connectors, lengths, colors, models or packaging, with different images and unit prices. Use the currently selected variant reference rather than assuming that one image or the lowest displayed range establishes the delivered contents. The request form carries the selection and quantity forward, but review them again before submitting. An option without a stated price requires confirmation; it is not free and does not automatically inherit another variant’s price. The item subtotal covers the selected goods and quantity. Freight and the final total are presented at checkout. Unlisted gifts, additional services, special packaging and accessories should not be assumed to be included. ### Destinations and recipient information The current service area is the United States and Asia, as represented in the address selector. Enter the actual country or region, state or province, city, street, house or building number, any required unit details and a reachable recipient phone number. Do not choose an unrelated location to circumvent destination limits. Request changes to delivery information promptly and wait for confirmation. The merchant must establish whether an adjustment is practical and reconfirm delivery arrangements where needed. Asking for an address change, cancellation or new variant does not automatically update records. Rely on the confirmed arrangement and actual shipment status. ### Payment, cancellation and correction Use a quote within its stated validity. An expired quote is not a basis for relying on an old amount or delivery arrangement. A checkout return, bank authorization and successful provider confirmation can represent different stages. Payment status follows provider verification, not edited page content, an uploaded screenshot or an informal note. Identify the order and exact changes when cancelling or correcting an unpaid request. Paid or dispatched orders require consideration of payment, preparation and transport. A cancellation request, refund initiation and settled refund are distinct events. Keep original records when raising possible duplicate or incorrect charges with the merchant or original payment channel. ### Records and issue resolution Records must correspond to the actual goods requested, paid for and delivered. Another transaction, another person’s receipt or an unrelated parcel is not proof for this order. Both parties should discuss verifiable facts: the variant, delivered contents, payment status, posting evidence and confirmed terms. Explain the effect of a shortage, delivery exception or description correction on the order and discuss an actionable resolution. A different model, reduced quantity or changed core delivery condition requires customer agreement. Disputes depend on actual applicable rules and evidence; this page does not invent a merchant address, jurisdiction or dispute body. ### Reading and retaining information Before buying, review the specification, shipping, return, warranty and payment information. Retain the confirmations relevant to the order before payment and necessary evidence during delivery and after-sales work. Avoid relying only on recollection or an incomplete screenshot. Mask unrelated personal and payment information in shared copies. Service pages may change with operating arrangements. For an existing order, check the relevant confirmation and subsequent agreed changes. Ask about unclear terms, contents or charges before deciding to pay. Mandatory rights are not excluded by page wording or individual correspondence. --- ## Warranty & compatibility ### Service overview The applicable warranty period, scope, service party and costs must be stated in a physical order quote before payment. Items without confirmed warranty arrangements cannot be paid for. Check packaging, quantity, model and accessories on arrival. Retain packaging and photos if there is transit damage, an incorrect item or a functional problem. Stop use that could cause further damage and contact the merchant. Provide the order reference, selected variant, device model, problem description and relevant photos. Avoid dismantling items that may need inspection. The service party will confirm whether a return is needed. Use chargers, batteries and power accessories according to the equipment requirements. A matching connector does not guarantee matching voltage, wattage or charging protocols. Warranty terms do not exclude applicable statutory remedies. Use your private order portal to check the request and confirmed terms. Merchant support details will appear here once published. For an earlier payment, use the merchant contact on the original receipt. ### Match the actual specification Match the intended use to the specific product variant. Identical connector shapes do not automatically mean identical data, video, power-direction or charging-protocol support. Similar device names may cover different generations and connector versions. Check the selected variant’s explicit description and the merchant’s confirmation for the actual order. For cables, check both ends, length, intended use and packaging. For power accessories, check input and output requirements, plug format and the equipment’s operating conditions. For protection or mounting products, check dimensions, placement and included components. Ask about missing parameters rather than inferring them from colors, abbreviated titles or similar items. ### Initial checks after delivery Check the appearance, connectors, markings and included accessories against the order before normal use. Visible breakage, a deformed plug, damaged cable insulation, an unusual smell or liquid exposure should not be investigated by repeatedly applying power. Stop actions that could worsen the problem and report the observations to the merchant. Use suitable equipment in good condition and an appropriate connection for normal checks. Changing one condition at a time makes a description easier to understand. Do not connect an unsuitable supply, force a connector or modify the product for testing. Ask the service party first if the suitability of a proposed check is unclear. ### Confirm the warranty arrangement An applicable warranty should identify the covered item, scope, period, responsible service party and evidence required, with a reference to the order. A general product category, a brand shown in an image or another item’s warranty does not automatically establish the terms for this purchase. Retain the actual confirmed terms for later comparison. This page does not create an unconfirmed manufacturer service or fixed replacement deadline. A merchant offering a warranty should explain assessment, contact arrangements, whether return is necessary and cost responsibility. Complete missing warranty and after-sales information before accepting payment for the selected item. ### Describe the problem clearly A useful description covers the order and variant, connected equipment, connection method, expected result, observed behavior, frequency and checks already attempted. Relevant images or a short recording may help, but avoid exposing account information, conversations, payment details or unrelated files. Device passwords and verification codes should not be sent. For intermittent behavior, note conditions such as a particular connector, device or connection sequence. For visible issues, show both the whole item and affected area to distinguish damage, an incorrect variant or a change in condition. Recording observations does not require the customer to diagnose a technical cause; resolution should follow verified facts and applicable arrangements. ### Assessment, repair and replacement The actual service party should explain whether return is needed, who will assess the item and which remedies may be considered. Unconfirmed disassembly or third-party repair can change the condition and complicate assessment. If immediate action is unavoidable, retain evidence of the original state and explain the circumstances to the merchant where possible. A proposed repair, replacement, missing-part shipment or refund should identify the product, action and follow-up delivery arrangements. Recheck a replacement’s specification rather than assuming that a similar name guarantees compatibility. Follow the return and shipping guidance for any physical movement and keep the relevant posting and handover records. ### Distinguish different after-sales issues Warranty, returns, transit damage and corrections to order information can involve different facts and processes. Explain the actual problem rather than only requesting a warranty. Missing accessories, an incorrect variant or damage during transit also require information about delivery and packaging. Product terms should match the actual confirmation record. Warranty information does not remove applicable mandatory remedies. If an assessment or its basis is unclear, ask for the relevant observations, confirmed terms and next steps before deciding whether to accept a proposed resolution. --- ## Frequently asked questions ### Service overview How do I order? Select “Request an order” on the product page. When requests are open, submit a variant, quantity, email and street-level delivery address including the house or building number. Review the merchant’s confirmed quote in your private order portal before paying. Submitting the request does not collect payment. Can I buy one? Yes. Every product supports single-unit requests and orders without a wholesale quantity threshold. Availability of the selected variant still requires confirmation. Why do variants have different prices? Models, lengths, colors or packaging may have different unit prices. Select the actual variant to see its price and item subtotal. Options without a stated price require confirmation. Where is freight shown? Product pages and request forms do not display freight amounts. Only the United States and Asia are supported; destination-based freight is separately displayed at checkout before payment. Where do I check an order? Open “Orders & tracking” and enter the order reference and private access key. Save the private link after submitting. Keys are never displayed on public product pages. Why is there no tracking number? Requests, unpaid orders and orders being prepared have not been handed over. The merchant records the carrier and tracking number after obtaining a real handover reference. Can an order be changed? Contact the merchant before payment. Changes to items, quantities, addresses or shipping after payment may require a new quote, cancellation or refund. Which languages are supported? The catalog, requests, tracking, fulfillment administration and service documents support Simplified Chinese and English. Some variant markings retain their original labels to avoid selecting the wrong item. ### Choosing goods and variants How should I choose among the options? Identify the equipment, connector and intended use, then check the model, length, packaging or set contents in the option label. Images help identification, but the request follows the selected variant. Check that the image, price and subtotal update when changing options. Ask for clarification if an option is marked for confirmation. Can I order a single unit or several? Adjust the quantity to your needs; there is no wholesale quantity threshold in the form. A changed subtotal does not reserve supplier stock. Confirm special packaging, a set or extra accessories before accepting an order rather than assuming that another image establishes the contents. ### Requests, quotes and checkout Why is confirmation needed after submission? A request verifies the item, recipient details and actual supply arrangements without collecting payment. Once confirmed, review the goods and after-sales terms in the private portal, then continue to checkout for the final payable items. An external personal transfer is not a substitute for an unavailable or unconfirmed quote. What if the quote expires or the variant changes? Ask the merchant to reconfirm supply and the requested amendment. A different option, quantity or destination can change the agreed contents. Do not use an old quote for another variant. A payment already processing or a handed-over parcel requires consideration of the actual transaction and shipment. ### Destinations and address details Why is a destination missing? Only United States and Asian destinations in the address selector are currently eligible. Do not select a location unrelated to the receiving address to continue. Enter the state or province, city, street and house or building number separately, plus the building, unit, room and postal code where applicable. Does a completed address guarantee delivery? No. Required-field checks reduce omissions; they are not map or carrier serviceability verification. Remote locations, special premises and additional receiving instructions require confirmation. Freight follows the destination and order, with its amount displayed only at checkout rather than in this help document. ### Payment status and repeated attempts Why is payment not updated after returning? A browser return and provider confirmation are separate events, and processing may continue. Refresh the private order page and look for a clear result. Do not repeatedly pay merely because of a short delay. If bank and store records continue to disagree, prepare the order reference and necessary original transaction identifier for review. Can a screenshot authorize immediate shipment? A screenshot can explain a concern but cannot replace verification of the actual payment. The order, product type, amount and currency must match. Normal shipment registration requires verified payment. Do not edit evidence, use another person’s receipt or treat an unrelated transaction as payment for this order. ### Private lookup and notifications Why is an access key required? An order includes recipient and transaction information that should not be available from a public reference alone. Save the private link and key after submitting. Avoid publishing screenshots containing them. Automatic key recovery is not currently available; explain a lost link through a published support channel using original request information. Will there be automatic email or live tracking alerts? The current process uses the private portal and does not promise automatic email, SMS or carrier-scan notifications. Save your access information and check the order or carrier page when needed. Support channels, shipping service and after-sales arrangements follow what is actually published and confirmed. ### Arrival and after-sales support What if the variant is incorrect, parts are missing or the item is damaged? Keep the packaging, item markings and relevant evidence, then contact the merchant with the order reference. Describe what arrived, what was chosen and the resolution to discuss. Do not continue unsuitable use or repeated power tests that may worsen a problem. Can I return to the address on the label? Do not assume that it handles after-sales work. Obtain instructions for the order and confirm the receiving party, address, items and posting arrangements. Request acceptance, posting, inspection and refund settlement are separate stages. Retain evidence for each relevant stage. --- ## Contact & support ### Service overview Physical order requests are open for supply and delivery confirmation. Merchant and after-sales details must be published before the relevant payment is offered. Use your private order portal to check the request and confirmed terms. Merchant support details will appear here once published. For an earlier payment, use the merchant contact on the original receipt. Include the order reference, item variant and a clear description. Do not send complete card numbers, passwords, identity documents or one-time codes. A private order key is for order access and should not be shared publicly. The return address will be published before the corresponding physical orders are accepted. ### Prepare a focused enquiry Identify whether the issue concerns product selection, a request, payment, delivery or after-sales service, then provide the relevant product or order reference. State the question clearly: a connector’s suitability, package contents, an address field to correct or a carrier status. A specific description is easier to assess than an unexplained statement that something is wrong. For an ongoing conversation, summarize what was already provided, the previous answer and what remains unresolved. Keep information continuous for the same order. Separate different recipients, products and payments so the merchant can distinguish them. Repeated unrelated attachments do not help identify the actual issue. ### Product and variant enquiries Before ordering, identify the product, desired variant and equipment model or connector involved. Ask directly about length, dimensions, plug, packaging or set contents. Preserve uncertainty where a parameter is missing rather than treating a similar product or another style in an image as confirmed information. Product questions do not require complete identity documents, banking details or device passwords. If an image helps explain a connector or dimension, crop unrelated screen content and personal information. A useful reply should identify the specific option concerned rather than offering a general compatibility statement without a variant reference. ### Order and payment enquiries Provide the order reference, request email and the matter to verify. Explain whether a payment issue occurred while entering checkout, during provider processing or after returning to the store. Refer to a necessary transaction identifier or masked receipt; do not publish card images, full account details or verification codes. A private lookup key should not be posted in public comments or social messages. There is currently no automatic key-recovery page. If the private link is lost, gather the order reference and necessary original request information before contacting a published support channel. Recovery must not be used as a reason to demand a personal-account transfer or payment password. ### Delivery and after-sales enquiries For delivery, identify the order, carrier, tracking number, latest status and when the exception appeared. Specify the exact field in an address-change request and await confirmation; sending an image of a new address does not update the system automatically. A handed-over parcel also follows the carrier’s procedures. For after-sales support, describe the received variant, quantity, packaging and observed problem, together with the resolution you want to discuss. Supply relevant images where safe. Obtain return instructions before posting. Packaging, the original label and an external supplier’s address are not automatically the store’s confirmed return destination. ### Replies and information protection Use the response arrangements actually published on this page. A working website or successful submission is not a human reply. The merchant may need additional order-related information, but a request should explain what is needed and why rather than asking indiscriminately for all personal or payment records. Public platforms are unsuitable for full addresses, phone numbers, private links or payment evidence. Limit information shared even with someone helping receive the parcel. Stop providing data if someone claiming to represent the store requests passwords, one-time codes, a release payment or remote control of a device; verify through an established original channel. ### Verify the support and return destination The actual operator should supply merchant, support and return details consistent with the order confirmation. Do not infer an unpublished address or email from the domain, a brand or parcel markings. Before posting a return or sending personal records, verify the receiving party and the instructions for that case. This page explains how to prepare and protect an enquiry; it does not create a live-chat, telephone-hotline or attachment-upload service. Available channels are those actually published or shown on the original order. If details are incomplete, retain the request and private link instead of repeatedly sending personal information to unverified external pages. --- ## Payment & order security ### Service overview Payment is offered only after supply and after-sales terms are confirmed. The server calculates regional freight, which is displayed only at checkout with the final total. Expired quotes require reconfirmation. Checkout states the actual item, variant, quantity and USD amount. Stripe processes payment information. Enter checkout only from your private order portal. Do not transfer to a personal account to unlock shipping or a refund. Failed or pending payments are not treated as paid. The server verifies the order reference, amount, currency and payment status with the provider before preparation. Avoid duplicate payment. Refresh the portal if the status has not updated; the merchant can also reconcile it. Contact the original payment provider and merchant promptly about suspicious transactions. Cancellations, returns and refunds follow the relevant order terms and actual payment record. ### Checks before payment Review the order reference, selected variant, quantity, destination and confirmed after-sales arrangements before checkout. The same product title can cover different models, connectors or packaging. Correct a mismatch first rather than paying and expecting the merchant to infer another intended variant from an informal note. Checkout explains the item subtotal, destination-based freight and final total. Numeric freight amounts appear only there and are not listed in these service documents. Check each item and the receiving region. Do not authorize payment while the amount, currency or applicable terms remain unclear. ### Recognize the legitimate entry point Begin through the checkout action in the private order portal and verify the payment provider’s page and order contents. A message, image code or unrelated external link is not sufficient reason to pay. Requested information should concern the actual payment, not a store administrator key or another account’s password. The store does not require a personal-account transfer to unlock shipping, activate a refund or repair tracking. Stop and verify such a request through the original order or an established support channel. Payment passwords, one-time codes and card security information belong only in the genuine payment flow where the provider requires them. ### Processing and browser returns The provider may perform authorization, risk checks or other processing before reporting a final result. Returning to the store, closing a window or receiving a bank notification does not independently establish completion of all checks. Compare the actual private-order status with the original payment record for the same order. Repeated submissions during processing can complicate reconciliation. Allow the status to update, refresh and act on a clear outcome. For service errors, interruptions or uncertainty about a charge, retain the order reference and necessary original records rather than guessing through repeated clicks or creating replacement orders. ### Match payment to the actual order The server compares the provider’s actual order reference, product type, amount, currency and payment status with the physical order. Client-entered amounts, edited pages and another transaction’s receipt cannot replace verification. The merchant should not reclassify unrelated payments as this product to bypass proper confirmation. Normal dispatch follows verified payment and actual supply preparation. Payment success is not carrier handover: shipping still needs a real tracking number and acceptance reference. Read payment and delivery statuses separately rather than interpreting paid as shipped or delivered. ### Refunds and possible duplicate payments For a suspected duplicate, organize the relevant times, necessary transaction references and bank statuses for the same order before asking the merchant or original provider to investigate. Authorization, settlement and refund entries may look different. An incomplete screenshot does not establish every stage. Reconcile a refund with the original transaction and agreed scope, using the original payment channel. Full, partial and still-pending refunds are different states and must be reflected in fulfillment decisions. Verify any claim that an extra payment is needed to receive a refund with the original provider before acting. ### Protect payment information For public enquiries, provide only the necessary reference and masked evidence. Do not send card images, complete account details, banking passwords, codes or remote-control authorization. If someone assists with payment, agree on the order and recipient arrangements without exposing the payer’s sensitive information to unnecessary parties. Stop entering information on a suspicious page or after suspected unauthorized activity. Verify through the bank or payment provider’s genuine channel. The merchant can reconcile store records but cannot replace the provider’s handling of an account or payment instrument. Preserve necessary evidence without publishing sensitive data again. --- ## Order & tracking help ### Service overview Lookup requires your order reference and the access key created with the request. Save the private link to review quotes, payment status, shipping service and recorded shipments. The full delivery address is visible only through the private access key or authorized administration. “Requested” awaits supply confirmation. “Quoted” allows review of a valid quote. “Payment pending” awaits payment verification. “Paid” awaits preparation or handover. “Shipped” means the merchant has registered an actual handover. Tracking numbers and carrier links come from actual shipment registration. Carrier scans and delivery records govern shipment progress. This store does not generate simulated tracking events. Contact the merchant with the order reference if a shipped parcel has no scans for an extended period, encounters an exception or has not arrived. Registering delivery requires an actual proof-of-delivery reference. Use your private order portal to check the request and confirmed terms. Merchant support details will appear here once published. For an earlier payment, use the merchant contact on the original receipt. ### Keep private lookup information Save the order reference, key and private link as soon as submission succeeds, and confirm that you can reopen the order. The reference identifies the order; the key restricts access. A product reference, product title or payment screenshot does not replace the information required to access a private order. A private link can contain the complete access key. Consider whether a recipient needs access to the delivery address and order before sharing it. Do not post links in public reviews, social media or shared sheets. Automatic key recovery is unavailable; retain original request information and explain a lost link through a published channel. ### Read request and quote statuses Requested means the application is recorded but its supply and delivery arrangements are not yet confirmed. It does not establish reserved stock or payment. Quoted allows review of the confirmed contents and validity period. Check the exact variant, quantity, recipient and after-sales terms; freight and the final total appear when continuing to checkout. Do not rely on remembered conditions from an expired quote, cancelled request or order requiring reconfirmation. Use the actions currently available and the merchant’s explicit confirmation. Orders for similar goods still have separate keys, payment records and confirmations that cannot be exchanged. ### Separate payment and delivery statuses Payment pending still requires provider or system verification. Paid establishes verified payment, but the goods may remain in preparation, checking or a handover queue. Shipped requires an actual carrier, tracking number and handover reference; generating a label alone is not enough. Refreshing can retrieve an updated verification result, but does not make a new payment or generate carrier scans. If provider and order statuses remain inconsistent, give the merchant the order and necessary transaction reference. Repeated carrier checks before handover cannot produce transportation information that does not yet exist. ### Use carrier tracking Once an actual shipment is registered, the portal displays its carrier, tracking number and available link. Check that the link opens the relevant carrier and use the number for this order. Carrier pages may use local time zones, different status labels or another language; account for those differences when comparing timestamps. Merchant handover registration and carrier scans are different records. The former records actual dispatch; subsequent sorting, transit, customs and delivery updates follow the carrier. The site does not offer automatic scan notifications or construct simulated routes to make a tracking history appear complete. ### Exceptions, returns and delivery evidence For failed delivery, address issues, customs action, return or extended inactivity, record the carrier’s last status and time before contacting the merchant. Specify an incorrect address field and wait for an actionable response. Changing a destination selector cannot reroute a parcel already in transit. If the carrier reports delivery but the parcel is missing, check with potential recipients, reception or building management and review the actual delivery record. Store delivery registration needs genuine proof, not an arbitrary completed status entered on a page. Retain relevant evidence while masking full addresses and phone numbers in public copies. ### Troubleshoot access and enquiries Check that the reference and key are complete, copied without extra spaces and belong to the correct order. Do not try keys on unfamiliar pages. Public product pages contain merchandise information, not private order keys or recipient addresses. For assistance, identify the order, displayed status, time the problem appeared and checks already attempted. Mask keys, recipient and payment information in screenshots. Store lookup, provider verification and carrier tracking perform different tasks; identifying the affected stage reduces unnecessary repeated actions.
